Paradise bay plumbing showed up and got the job done very quickly and was very thorough to explain everything. I had a question the next day and they didn’t hesitate and sent someone over right away to help me out. Great company and highly recommend them to anyone needing a hot water heater or water softener.

We absolutely love Paradise Bay Pluming!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, nice and punctual. Joe and the entire crew are amazing. We were cleaning our water filter and the main seal busted…. Then the shut off valve busted…. We called Paradise Bay and Joe did not hesitate to come to the rescue!!! We ended up upgrading to this fabulous system for water softener and filter!! We also added a Moen flow sensor that senses leaks and excess water usage (great for teenagers lol) Thank you so much!!! We super appreciate you and your business!!!!

Joe and his team are the best, I had the most challenging scope of work and he stuck with it, fixed everything even with changes and requirements from county. When odd and challenging issues came up, he always showed up and fixed without complaint or making it difficulty. Zac, the technician that came to my home, was professional. He listened to my issues, thoroughly inspected the affected areas and related appliances, and made appropriate recommendations. I was going to change faucets in our bathroom but got stuck getting the bolts off the handles under the cabinet. Zac came out and put the rest of the faucets in superbly. Clean, knowledgable and smooth worker. Will use for future plumbing needs. Very happy with their service.

Want to thank Joe and the team at Paradise Plumbing for all their help with our most recent home projects. We have used their services on several other occasions and have always been 100% satisfied. Therefore there was no hesitation to contact Joe for our latest home improvement needs for the installation of all plumbing aspects for our outdoor kitchen and the addition of a shower/bathroom to our new pool/lanai area. He ran all plumbing and sewer lines prior and once the kitchen was installed returned to install fixtures, hook up all lines and make sure everything was working properly. He returned again to complete all aspects of our outdoor bathroom to install a shower, utility sink and toilet. Always professional, shows up when expected and is fantastic with communication and is a great problem solver! We had many different contractors and service providers with this project and Paradise Plumbing is the ONLY one that went as expected with no hassles or unexpected issues!
